Phân tích đề & dàn ý

Phân tích đề

  • Dạng bài: Task 2 – Agree or Disagree. Chỉ có MỘT nhận định, nên không dùng khung "both perspectives / both views".
  • Tách ý chính của đề: Moving large companies, factories and their employees to the countryside → could solve → traffic and housing problems (ở thành phố).
  • Chú ý phạm vi và mức độ:
  • Đề nhắc đến HAI vấn đề (giao thông và nhà ở): bài nên xử lý cả hai, mỗi vấn đề có thể là một luận điểm.
  • "Could be solved" là khả năng, không phải chắc chắn → giữ mức độ "can / could".
  • Đề không hỏi giải pháp nào khác tốt hơn; không nên dành cả đoạn cho giải pháp thay thế (như làm việc từ xa).
  • Từ khoá:
  • traffic and housing problems → congestion and the shortage of affordable housing
  • moving large companies, factories and their employees → relocating major firms, plants and their workforce
  • to the countryside → to rural areas
  • Quan điểm chọn: Đồng ý hoàn toàn, với 2 lý do tương ứng 2 vấn đề của đề: (1) giảm tắc đường, (2) nhà ở rẻ hơn.

Dàn ý

Mở bài

  • Câu 1: paraphrase đề, giữ đủ biện pháp + hai vấn đề.
  • Câu 2: nêu quan điểm đồng ý + tóm tắt 2 lý do.

Some people believe that relocating large companies, factories and their workforce to rural areas could ease traffic and housing problems in cities. I completely agree with this view because such a move can reduce congestion on urban roads and make housing more affordable for workers.

I agree that moving large firms to the countryside can help solve traffic problems because it can reduce the number of people commuting into city centres every day. Since thousands of employees would live and work in the same rural area, their daily journeys would become much shorter, which would take many cars and motorbikes off urban roads. For example, a factory worker who currently spends an hour driving across the city may simply walk or cycle to a workplace near his new home. By contrast, when most large employers are concentrated in one city, rush-hour traffic jams are almost unavoidable. In short, spreading workplaces more widely can ease the pressure on urban transport.

Furthermore, this policy can make housing more affordable for both rural newcomers and city residents. This is because land in the countryside is much cheaper, so companies and local authorities can build homes for workers at a far lower cost, while demand for housing in cities would fall. For instance, an office worker who cannot afford a small flat in the capital may be able to rent a larger house near a relocated company. Whereas building more housing in crowded cities is expensive and limited by space, rural areas have plenty of land for new development. Such relocation could therefore benefit people in both urban and rural areas.

In conclusion, I fully support the idea that moving large companies and factories to the countryside can help solve traffic and housing problems. My reason is that it can shorten people's daily commutes and make homes cheaper both in rural areas and in cities.

It is indisputable that the impacts of the relocation of large firms, plants and their staff have garnered widespread attention in recent years Some people believe that moving large firms, factories and their staff to the countryside could solve traffic and housing problems in cities. Despite some arguments against this decision idea, I strongly believe that it can help to address traffic congestion and the increasing rising costs of real estate cost of housing.

A compelling argument can be made that there is no need to move companies, factories and their workers to rural areas because telecommuting can be a feasible alternative. As working from home helps people avoid being physically present in their offices, it can reduce traffic jams in cities. Furthermore, home-based working also reduces the demand for renting and buying houses in cities, leading to a decline in the cost of housing. Therefore, this solution not only lessens traffic congestion but also reduces housing expenses relocating large companies would be impractical because many rural areas lack the roads, schools and hospitals that workers and their families need. As a result, many employees may refuse to move, and companies may lose skilled staff. Nonetheless, this line of reasoning is flawed because it overlooks the fact that remote working can have a detrimental impact on companies' productivity. The lack of direct communication among workers causes conflicts and misunderstandings, which reduce these organizations' efficiency such facilities can be built over time, and the arrival of large companies often encourages governments to invest in rural infrastructure.

In spite of some undeniable benefits of telecommuting challenges, I firmly contend that relocating such large businesses to the countryside should be prioritizedised for myriad key two main reasons. Firstly, like working from home, this shift in the workplace can also make traffic smoother and decrease the demand for urban housing because a large number of workers and employers move their homes to less populated areas reduce traffic congestion because employees would live close to their new workplaces. For example, a factory worker who now drives across the city every day may simply cycle to work, which would take many vehicles off urban roads. Secondly, it can encourage the government to enhance improve transport networks and construct affordable housing zones that caters to the increase in residents growing population in such remote these regions. Therefore, not only can this scheme minimise ease traffic and accommodation housing issues problems, but it can also contributes to the development of transport connectivity and housing in the countryside.

In conclusion, both perspectives on whether large firms should be transferred to remote areas have valid points. Nevertheless, although relocation may face some practical difficulties, I fervently believe that this approach is plausible worthwhile because it solves can ease urban problems in terms of transport and housing and contributes to higher standards of living living standards in the countryside.

Nhận xét của thầy

  • Điểm mạnh: quan điểm rõ ràng (đồng ý) và nhất quán; lý do 2 ở thân bài 2 (thúc đẩy phát triển hạ tầng nông thôn) là ý hay; có cấu trúc đảo ngữ "not only can… but it also…".
  • Lý do 1 chỉ nhắc lại đề: "make traffic smoother and decrease the demand for urban housing" là nhắc lại nhận định của đề, chưa có giải thích hay ví dụ cụ thể. Mỗi lý do cần giải thích VÌ SAO và đưa ví dụ minh họa.
  • Mở bài chưa paraphrase đề: "the impacts… have garnered widespread attention" không cho biết đề đang bàn về biện pháp nào và nhằm giải quyết vấn đề gì.
  • Dùng nhầm khung kết bài: "both perspectives… have valid points" chỉ dùng cho dạng Discuss both views.
  • Mức độ khẳng định: "it solves urban problems" quá tuyệt đối; đề dùng "could be solved", nên giữ "can / could".
  • Dùng từ: "myriad key reasons" nhưng chỉ có 2 lý do; "increasing costs of real estate" → "the rising cost of housing"; "standards of living" → "living standards"; "prioritized" và "organizations" nên thống nhất chính tả Anh – Anh với "minimise".
